Privacy policy

Effective September 9, 2026. This policy covers the Karma Jump iPhone/iPad app and karmajump.com, created by Michael McCullough.

The game

Karma Jump works offline and does not require an account. The app does not include advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs, in-app purchases, or Game Center integration. We do not collect or transmit your gameplay, bracelet designs, identifiers, contacts, or location from the app.

Progress on your device

Completed levels, charms, bead inventory, bracelet arrangements, settings, and collected totals are stored locally using Apple's app storage. These are used to restore your progress and preferences. The app does not upload them to a developer-operated server. Device backups may include this data according to your Apple settings. Removing the app can remove its local progress.

The website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Visiting it involves ordinary web requests, which may include your IP address, browser information, requested page, and timestamps. Cloudflare processes request information to deliver and secure the site. We have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its processing practices.

Contacting support

If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any files you choose to send. We use that information to answer your request and investigate reported problems. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information. You can ask us to delete support correspondence, subject to any necessary recordkeeping obligations.

Families and children

The game is designed to be approachable for families. It has no public profiles, chat, or player-to-player messaging. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. A parent or guardian can contact us about privacy questions or support correspondence.

External links and Apple

Support, privacy, and promotional links open external websites. Those services have their own privacy practices. Apple may process store purchases, device diagnostics, and backups according to your Apple settings and its policies.

Changes and contact
